I am enjoying my third retirement at present having retired the first time from 33 years working for an international oil company which was followed by a four year stint with a small sports car company and after leaving that, a further year with another small sports car company.

Now I am pursuing my passion for motorcycling interspersed with periodic bouts of woodwork which I have enjoyed for the last dozen years or so.

Somewhere along the line, family history became important to me and I have taken great pleasure in meeting cousins I never knew I had as result of publishing my work on the web.

I am married with one daughter who has a family of her own these days.
